Background
|
A senior instructional designer with an in-depth understanding of the smart grid. Since July 2009 I have been developing in-depth training for Southern California Edison on their meter data communications network, Meter Data Management system (MDM), and procedures being developed by the Revenue Services Organization (RSO) for resolving interval data validation exceptions.
I bring to a project broad experience with both entrepreneurial start-ups and fortune 500 companies. With strengths in software, marketing, and business processes, I am a team player who can take initiative and manage complex projects to get results despite shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
As a past board member who remains active in the Los Angles chapter of ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement), I stay current with advances in instructional design, course development, and project management.
